Michael C. Baum, through his professional corporation, is of Counsel to the Firm. Mr. Baum received his undergraduate education from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1972, and received his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law in 1975. Mr. Baum is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is a founder and Executive Committee member of its Pre and Post Judgement Remedies Committee, a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and is admitted to the State Bar of California.

Mr. Baum specializes in corporate and business litigation with an emphasis on corporate control disputes, partnership litigation, commercial disputes, lender liability and factoring, employment law, secured and unsecured commercial obligations, and intellectual property issues. Mr. Baum has extensive experience in the application of provisional remedies including attachments and injunctions which, when available, often allow a client to achieve its litigation goals in an expeditious and economical manner. Mr. Baum's practice has had a substantial concentration in matters relating to the apparel and textile industries and he is familiar with the transactional and litigation issues affecting those industries.
