Andrew V. Jablon, through his professional corporation, is a partner of the Firm. Mr. Jablon received his J.D., cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1998. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics, cum laude, from Occidental College in 1995. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998, and is a member of the bars of the United States District Court, Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Jablon specializes in business litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property matters and contractual disputes. Through trials, arbitration, motion practice, and negotiated settlements, Mr. Jablon has been able to address the needs of clients involved in a wide variety of business disputes. Representative matters include copyright, patent, trademark, employment, real estate, Proposition 65, unfair competition, and net profit disputes.
Mr. Jablon has published articles on computer law and on the admissibility of electronic mail in Federal Courts. Twelfth Survey of White Collar Crimes: Computer Crimes, 34 Amer. Crim. L.
